Or she could be a Gardevoir Species Bloodliner (it's category, the Embrace Pokemon, sounds pretty empathic) liberally using Heal Pulse.Yellow's powers are indeed healing, though whether this is Dominion based or one of the standard three is still unknown.Yellow definitely has an Empowerment ability of some sort in the manga.
